I tried loading my email template into PHPlist and it gives the following error message "Template does not contain the [CONTENT] placeholder". I need this fixed so I can send out emails correctly. Also, there is a copy of the template online, that needs to be replaced with your fixes. I need for you to make sure people are able to view the template correctly when someone Shares the email template to their friends & family. (Make sure the landing page is showing the template correctly)
I have a plain vanilla installation of phplist. Basic settings are already configured ( database, imported some users and so on ). We need you to add those parameters inside the campanig area so that campaings will be sent using the emails inside the campaing page and not the config settings. And finally test a seniding a a list of couple of mails (immediate sending and not croned)

We are planning to do a large email campagain. We are using PHPlist and our own hosted email server. We did a small 25k emailing and now I noticed that our IP has a low CSI reputation and I can no longer receive emails from that server on 1and1. We can change the IP, but I am surprised to be blacklisted so I think we did not have the email records setup properly.
