I need selinux on CentOS8 set up to have an account "semanager" with very few permissions, except that it can enable "root" to do anything, and for the "root" account to be locked down so it cannot do almost anything, unless "semanager" allows it. i.e. Exactly what you already did for me for CentOS6. The policy you build for me, "", worked fine on everything upto and including CentOS7, but no longer works on 8.
