I am looking for someone to create a website for a game server provider. It will need to incorporate a billing/cart system called WHCMS () as well as links to TCADMIN which is used for the servers. It will be using Joomla and as such I need someone to either create a template or I do have some templates that I like which can be used. To give an example of what I want it to be like content wise take a look here: The website above was created using Joomla. Please feel free to ask me questions if I haven't mentioned certain things.

There are only 4 plans in total, so a quick job. We are only using bank deposit - no credit card facilities needed. WHMCS is already installed, and only needs setting up as per a normal setup.
