My current pipeline of commercial builds requires an estimator who already works at an advanced level inside Togal AI and feels equally at home driving data through the Procore platform. You will step in at plan-set release, run AI-powered takeoffs, develop precise quantities, and transform those numbers into a polished proposal that is ready to submit to our clients. Day-to-day, I will hand over drawings (PDF/Revit), scope notes, and historical cost data.
