Hi I'm a Mechanical and Automation Engineer with expertise in all 3 domains of CAx's. In the first place, I'd like to tell you that I used to work in a 3D printer manufacturing company earlier ( I can give you details if needed) so I think you may expect as it must be. Now, I honestly won't be doing inorganic designing but as you say that the design part is done and you need me to make it printable, then that I can do absolutely. But still there are some challenges as follows: 1. You need to purchase a lot of TPU material. And you must expect wastage as well as printing TPU itself is quite challenging and you'll also be wasting some material as support material to make it printable. 2. You can expect failures with TPU and you have to be patient to re-iterate it. 3. You need prior experience with TPU and need to have a 3D printer that can run TPU OR you need to outsource the complete order. 4. Post processing is not that easy on especially any flexible 3d printed material as it will soon start to break or you'll have to make it stiff to avoid it breaking. I can give you some tips for that on how you can still achieve it. There will be some more discussion. I expect to have a detailed chat inbox. Thanks
