Doresc crearea unui concept nou de complex turistic, ceva ce nu exista in Romania si probabil nu se va infiinta niciodata. Acest complex se va intinde pe o suprafata de 5-10 hectare si va incepe prin plantarea a minimum 5000 de copaci. Ce face diferit acest proiect? Toata aceasta noua padure, va avea o anumita forma, vazuta dintr-un balon cu aer cald sau din filmarile cu drona. Vazuta de sus, aceasta padure va avea forma Romaniei, iar in partea de sud va fi un lac artificial, care va imita Marea Neagra la est si Dunarea la Sud. In afara padurii, va fi un conac, traditional romanesc, o parcare acoperita si o zona pentru o piata, unde micii intreprinzatori din zona sa poata sa isi vanda produse. Complexul va fi in zona Horezu, zona renumita pentru peisagistica, olarit, port traditional, mancaruri traditionale, dar si pentru numeroasele puncte crestine, biserici. Eu am schitat cam ce as dori, dar va imaginati ca este o idee a unui amator. Pentru a putea lansa acest proiect, este nevoie de mana si timpul unui expert in 3D, sa creeze o simulare 3D in spatiu a ceea ce va urma sa existe acolo.

Buna ziua! Proiectul dvs. este intr-adevar mai usor de pus pe hartie (calculator in cazul de fata), decat in realitate. Pot sa completez simularea si estimez aproximativ 30-45 de zile pana la rularea finala. Va doresc mult succes in cazul in care sunteti in cautarea unui sponsor pentru demersuri. In cazul in care doriti sa continuam cu proiectul 3D, va stau la dispozitie si astept detalii mai amanuntite intr-un mesaj. Toate cele bune, Tibi.
