Magento Sale Carosuel

I needed two Magento websites moved from one server to another. A Freelancer called luckytobemyself did this & it is 99% fine but there was a sale carousel/slider on the bottom of the homepage [login to view URL] that contained all products in the shop that had a Special Price marked & that has now disappeared. There is already a carousel there for new products & it should look exactly like that, but just for Special Price products. I have had no response from luckytobemyself (perhaps he is on vacation) but I need the carousel back ASAP. You would get full FTP & Magento login details as required.
