one bus supporting the 4 shift team of worker, an existing ( current shift for a specified date and timing) shift workers use whatsapp group Chat to inform driver if he is on leave or not taking the bus , also some workers from other shift team may driver he is going yo take the bus because he want to work overtime in this shift. ( example Shift B staff want to work in shift A schedule) , Driver will compute the headcount , to check if the seats in his bus ( 13 seaters bus ) is sufficiently for all the staff , including OT , to ride on it , he also need to learn from the chat group to identity or skip a pickup point . I would like to use either a WebApp or Phone App to handle this. Any one have any suggestion? - Idea A common share plateform , for example , if Team C worker is to be pickup . I wish to : 1. A database show only team C worker name, contact number and respective pickup location also the know pickup point for Team C route , 2. Allow Team C member , who are not taking the bus ( due to Medical leave , annual leave or any reason ) indicates or edit the status telling everyone his is not taking the bus in advance timing . 3. Allow other team worker to insert his intention to take the bus ( example Team A want to take the bus which is running for Team C route) 4. compute the number of worker taking the bus and additional pickup point due to other team member taking the bus. This allow the driver to assess if the number of seats is sufficient to cater extra rider. you may use googel or excel or drop box or an phone app that can meet the above requirement.
