Find an U.S. Accountant or CPA - Sole Proprietor P/L statement needed for Home Modification Loan application

I am in the process of applying for a home modification loan and my lender is requiring the small amount of self employed income to be reported on a P/L statement. It must be compiled by a U.S. accountant or CPA. There's a small amount of income & expenses involved (under $10K). I've been using Quickbooks Self Employed and the statement is basically already prepared. It just needs to be reported by a U.S. accountant or CPA.
