Automated Data Center Proxy Script

I need a script for Data Center proxy creation from different subnets / server providers. These proxies can come from HSP providers such as (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Host1Plus) or ISP providers ( would be the optimal way and what I'm looking for) . I need speeds less than 500 ms that works mainly on this webs: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and many others that will be provided once the project will be started. I need the proxies located on EU servers and I want to be able to choose what region I want to deploy. I don't need an UI for the script but we can negotiate the price of adding an UI. It must include detailed instructions of how to use the script correctly and how to adquire different EU / US servers / subnets in the future to create more proxies for my customers. Specifications: - I need to be able to deploy +3000 of proxies. - Each proxy MUST have a unique IP address (it's own server). - Optimal speeds between 100-500 ms. - Server specs that allows very cheap proxy prices but does not affect to their speeds. - The proxies must have this format: IP:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD. And the possibility to make them IP AUTHENTICATED. (if it's possible to link 3 IPs to the IP AUTH system would be nice) - Once generated, all the proxies have to be exported to a TXT file following the format specified above. Once you accept the project, I'll provide examples of proxies that I want (USER:PASS and IP AUTH).
