Webapp for document

We d’like to find developper wich are able to develop an webapp compatible with ios and android ipad and tablet (no phone). The app should have the possibility to : Work Offline Sync data with a webdav server (pdf, video, office documents) Sync only the data allowed by the webdav server in function of the login to the app Allow to search file by name or based on the content Allow to fill and sign pdf form Allow to show the doc to customer via ipad or tablet Allow to mail and print the document from ipad or tablet Store the doc locally to allow offline use Auto sync to the webdav each XXX Min.
