Create a App for android in c#

THIS PROJECT USES ANDROID STUDIO 4.0 This is a finding job meaning I am out to get quotes then I can decide from that point I am doing all the design work myself to cut costs I am wanting an app made that I can use on my phone. Its a smple app that will store coins. This is how it would work Opening screen of the app will be a login screen( A ) and it would have a way to register(B) a user and pass. once logged in the homescreen(C) showing different information and it would have a menu to Add to inventory,View Inventory, View Missing coins Main Screen - A Register - B Home Screen - C Add Coins - D the add to inventory(D) of the coin would be Name,Year,mint,Condition and it would also have at the botttom of the add inventory page to check boxes for missing,silver,steel, or has error. Then it would have a save button and cancel. On save it should ask if you want to add another.. if yes then reload the add to inventory page if NO then close and return to the home screen. The view inventory would be a list of coins I have entered into the database - This I am not sure how it would list them so I am counting on your advice. the view missing inventory would be a list of all coins that I check the missing box on when adding a coin it would need to store the data somehow. I am not sure how it works. When viewing the inventory and missing inventory I need to be able to delete the selected item or click edit and edit the selection and of course saving when complete with the edit by pressing the UPDATE & SAVE button. I will need you to mark in the code where i could add more items such as add to a drop list or add a menu item or something so I can add to this as I need.
