Detect people have skin cancer by the Smartphone. If human had skin cancer then by using application it well provided help to keep track his medical state, save the time, and limit the resource of the treatment. There are following aims at our project: 1. The primary aim of this application are to discover skin cancer. 2. We can determine the skin cancer stage. Moreover, the objectives of our project are: 1- The objective of this project is to discover skin cancer and save human life. 2- This application can send an image to the doctor. 3- This application will keep a history of the patient state. 4- This project will receive a response and provide help to a person. Methods The application must be installed in Smartphone, when a doctor or a patient took a photo of the certain skin the photo will be processed and analyzed with the photos in the database and return approximately resulted. Access Microsoft for the database and we use algorithm for the image processing to discover the skin cancer. We will use Android Studio tool for the application. We use image processing and machine learning algorithm. This project will be developed based on latest trend in image processing and machine learning algorithms. This project will have contained the following major steps such as:
