Need a voice Dialer as soon as possible for (Andriod App) - repost

Hi guys, Good Morning,, I need urgently one highly expereinced andriod progammer for a simple application..Will not take much time. What I am looking for is a voice dialer, I am andriod developer myself but due to number of projects I dont have time these days to develop this one.. I will be paying from $100-160 for the app. Only experienced andriod developer please. If you will be successful then there will be lots of work for you available for long term.
