Record VOIP Calls on Android

Hi, We want to develop an android app to record voice and video call of any social media and voip app including but not limited to whatsapp, messenger, skipe etc. It should also be able to record any voice message. Please apply only if you had done this before. MORE DETAILS - Here is the details of the project. Please read carefully. We need someone to write the code to automatically record the following for any social media apps (whatsapp/ skype/ messenger etc) on android : 1. Record voice call when made within the app 2. Capture voice message 3. Record video call We already have an app with apk , when that apk will be installed, the user will give necessary permission. We require all the basic permissions - storage, location, record audio, camera, call logs, contacts. Plus user need to turn on accessibility service, turn on device admin(optional), disable battery optimization for the app. After that the recording should be done without interacting with the user. (User will not know that we are recording). After recording is done, the files should be uploaded to a remote server. You will not be provided any existing code as you will write the code on standalone class. However, we will fill you in with your inquiries as necessary arise. It is a spy app for law enforcement agency. So no need to worry about the legal issues here. Please let me know if you have any questions.
