Looking for illustration of short children's book

We are looking for a very expressive artist to illustrate a short children’s book. This will be a digital storybook for ebooks on a smartphone and tablet. I estimate 10-15 illustrations plus cover design. For each page we will have interactive characters that will animate on a certain user [login to view URL] need full-color, full-page whimsical/detailed original illustrations. We are looking for a character design (8 characters) that will have Middle East thymes (mainly from the Gulf: KSA or UAE).we are looking for hand drawn or 2D/3D art styles or digital drawing.... Note: The artist will be credited by name in the final released book. Artist must be willing to sign non-disclosure agreement. No royalties will be paid on this project. We would retain exclusive rights to the original artwork. The illustrations must be original art and not copied from third parties. No stock Images. No vector. We will be granted exclusive, unlimited and worldwide rights to illustrations across all forms
