I want to develop SW & HW with ESP32, GPRS, Clock, SDCard and solar charger. TPL5110 will also be included with option to be activated or not. ESP32 & GPRS SIM800L: [login to view URL] SDCARD & Clock: [login to view URL] BME280: [login to view URL] TPL5110 [login to view URL] After each measurement of BME280 (temperature, humidity and pressure), data will be saved in SDCard. After that will send the data by TCP/IP, wait (max some seconds) for server request and go to sleep (hibernate) for some time (seconds for test). Data saved in file will be with next header: Date time temperature humidity pressure 2019/11/08 12:32:40 -12.34 87.65 689.58 Each file will have maximum 500k weight. When reach this weight, rename it and create another one. If TCP/IP connection is down, message must be saved in a specific file and resend when connection will return. PCB will be done in Proteus or Altium (v17 compatible). ESP32 board can be used as is it and plug on the developed PCB board. Connection between devices is provided. I need to test your solution in my side using my devices. You will provide all indication in order to test it.

Hello, Your project is interesting ! We have experience in most of the modules mentioned in the snap and we can support you in making this project in a industrial grade device model. For prototype we can use as module as mentioned but when go for final production it is recommended to use protection components across module. From you scheme, we understood that the device is going to run in outdoor so proper design is required to avoid problems related with temp/moisture and dust. Also proper shielding is required to avoid rf signal interference. we can take all the constraints in account and make a device which the project really wants.
