US PROGRAMMERS - ONLY. Sorry, but we need to work with someone local on this project. The project is for a shipping company. Most of it is already completed. However, there are some items that need to be cleared up on the backend to make it run more efficiently. Including, inserting the graphic design and installing the e-commerce module. We do have to have the programmer sign a sub-contractor agreement (pretty standard, no surprises). However, this project will be an ongoing one. We had a programmer working on this project, but he needed to leave for medical reasons. He can certainly help with transitioning the programmer.
