I have had two Freelancers who were unable to add this feature to my website. This is my third attempt to find someone with the skills to do it. Members subscribe to my website using Paypal. Their credit card is charged each year automatically. When a subscriber's payment is skipped due to an expired credit card, I want an email sent to them from my website. It's that simple. My budget is $30-$50.

Hi I have 15 + years of experience. I need few clarifiacation. 1) when renewal is failed, you need a mail to send. This is possible only with the paypal IPN feature. Does this IPN is enabled and used for other database activity? 2) Is it classic asp or .net? Please confirm. Regards
