Hello ,I am an IT Security Specialist working in the DC metro area I like fashion and I like clean, contemporary and modern designs I am looking to design a commercial building which will include amongst other things: The structural Plan The 3-D Rendering and Architectural drawings needed to construct a 3 level commercial outdoor mall .Remember, I am not an architect so I want all the drawings that is needed for the construction team to begin construction from start to finish. [login to view URL] ground floor will have about 5-7 shops including an outdoor [login to view URL] shop will have its own private restroom [login to view URL] Floor will have 4-5 offices to let. [login to view URL] Floor will be an indoor event center with a little outdoor sitting area. It will be good to include a utility room and a rest rooms on each floor. The plot size is Triangular in shape and is 166*90 meters in size.(See attached Plot #4). I have also attached two pics which I draw inspiration [login to view URL] , I am a contemporary kind of person and open to new, modern and fresh ideas.
