Bulk Mailing Expert

Proposal1: I want to extract the email address from the replies lying in my (hotmail)(Gamil) and (yahoo mail) Inbox. The number of replies more then 5K to 12K. I have a bulk malling software. The capable candidate should show the ways to extract email addresses from my free email accounts and should set up the bulk mailing software. After that he need to show the trial run for 1k emails sending from the software without going to the junk mail or spam filter tools. This is not a service project. I need a idea or ways to handle my tasks. The fixed fee for this project is $30. Proposal 2: I need a qualified candidate must have extensive knowledge of bulk mailing and capable of extracting emails from 5k to 12K replies in my mail inbox and should send replis (bulk mailing) to that 5k recipients without going to junk folder and bulk email tools.
