Hello, That Interspire log text "Problem with remote servers configuration" is not due to Interspire itself. It is related to mail server that are actually sending your emails. Most probably, they are received due to the emails were queued for a long time at your mail server. It could also be and the most probably the Blacklisting issues with major DNSBLs and AntiSpam service providers. This will not be a kind of fix and forget project. You need to keep taking care of blacklists as long as you want to send mass mails using Interspire or with any other email marketing software. We do have a real time blacklist monitoring service that seats on the top of your bounce processing email account to find any blacklists you may have. Once you know about the blacklists, you need to manually make the delist requests to the blacklist mirrors. This has to be the manual tasks because there are several web forms to fill and submit. We can do everything needed as above on a monthly basis. We have the system for monitoring and team for manually generating delisting requests. The quotation/bid provided here is just a placeholder.
