You're on the right track! Now you just adjust your idea like this:
You need a nice, short email that explains the potential customer how they can benefit from choosing your company.
Busy people often have a minute, at most, for something "on the side".
And most are also bombarded with promotions as it is.
So you need something short, easy to read, and to the point.
Something that says enough, but not too much.
Something that shows your potential customer the benefits of choosing you.
Something with a headline that doesn't look like an ad or a promotion.
Something that has a highly personalized "1st email line" which lets the receiver know you wanted to contact them and no one else.
In the end, it will absolutely not sound like a sales pitch.
In fact, you won't be selling anything, and that's ok!
People want to feel they are the ones who decided when and if to buy, anyway.
Once they quickly read your "introduction email", they will now be aware of how you can help them.
They will have enough reason to contact you back to hear the full offer, and then you strike.
Before I could start, of course, I would need to hear everything about your company and business, your vision and goals for this project, and I will have more questions later on.
If nothing else, good luck with the project and I hope you find the right person.
Cheers!
