Flash printing to EPS file

Hello, The task is to complete a Flash website which allows users to design a Flyer and then pay for printing. The site works, however we are unable to successfully print the users artwork. The users design is stored as an XML, allowing us to view the design. We then use the Print to File option to save it as an EPS. However the EPS has poor quality, and the image proportions are incorrect. The online Flash creator allows users to upload images, select background colours, move images around, add text, size and move the text. The job is either to advise on how to fix the problem (i.e. use different print drivers, or add something to the flash which will create EPS files). Or to do the work to fix it. Thank you.
