90559 WINDOWS VISTA EBAY SIDEBAR

I need somebody to develop a program like the one at [login to view URL], but for the new Windows Vista sidebar. It needs to incorporate the eBay affiliate linking and it has to have a nice Windows Vista aesthetic appeal. I need all kinds of suggestions since I don't really know how to ask for something for an operating system in "beta" phase. I welcome all suggestions... Thanks. I pay 25% of the bid up front. 25% of the bid after beta, and the remaining 50% of the bid after delivery. In addition to this amount, I will pay a bonus of 100% of the total bid if it's done right and completed within 3 weeks. Please PMB any suggestions or anything else.
