I was developed some software for arduino and I can do this job

For this to work, we need an external microcontroller to program the atmega device, the enc28j60 can't work on its own and it needs a controller to communicate with the computer. And to burn the program to arduino/atmega we must the uart interface, unless we will convert the bootloader to use the SPI which is very bad idea due the bootloader will become bulky and eat a lot of rom space. For this project, the final implementation that I'm thinking is like this Atmega mcu <-> controller/programmer <-> enc28j60 The controller is a low cost controller maybe a atmega324 If you interested, please don't hesitate to contact me.
