Converting MatLab code to C code

My in-house engineer has created Matlab ode for the project. However we don't have the expertise in C code to efficiently convert this code to C. The Matlab code is approximately 400-600 lines and include statistical functions and trend functions from the MatLab toolbox, general mathematics, general code, clocks, and control output. As far as the control output(PID) this is directly converted to C from MatLab(no knowledge of control methods needed). So it is just a matter of integrating into the base code, this portion of the code is about 250 lines of the 400-500. As for logistics we would first talk(in person if local(preferred)) about what is really going on in the Matlab code and then confirm we are all on the same page as far as expected output/ framework and time line. After the code is complete we would review it relative to the Matlab code and confirm data throughput. Let me know in the proposal how many hours you believe this may take (rough estimate) if you feel it goes above the given budget ill increase it.
