I'm looking for someone who has enough experiences with ffmpeg or avconv. The goal of the project is following. 1. read and write from hls/rtmp stream and to rtmp stream. 2. video size is 720x576. h264 & aac. 3. fps is 25. 4. 10 seconds delay buffering between input and output. 5. reading thread and writing thread is needed. it is done in 3 days.

Skills required are "C Programming", so what exactly do you need? Do you need ffmpeg or avconv command that does that, or do you need application that uses ffmpeg or avconv. Do you need transcoding or are input streams already in required format? I'm working alot with ffmpeg and RTMP/HLS streaming so I'm sure I can make what you need but to give you a proper bid I need to know more details.
