Enhancement to C# .net web page

Changes made since v1 of project: - made the hidden boxes that holds selected ID's to visible for debugging. - added hidden box to show ID's selected in "Access" - 7th box added called "Tags". This must show/hide like the others (but currently doesn't hide when empty). This will hold checkboxes and must work like the "Access" box/process but it doesn't need any JS to trigger when clicked. - New data set will be provided. - added the name of the "From Type" name to the Final string after the @ delimiter (ex: @558) - added the ID for "Reason for Request" at the end of the Final string after the @ delimiter (ex: !558) - "Final" string is stored in a simple SQL Server table. Needed changes for v2: - when the page loads, check if there is an ID passed in (ex: id=3). If not, the current process works fine and can remain unchanged because this is a new entry. If there is an ID, it needs to get the corresponding delimited value from the database (I will include database objects), load all boxes that were originally selected and select the ID of the radio button or check box(es). The process of showing and hiding the boxes (divs) remain the same. If the user makes changes to any of their selections, this needs to update the existing record in the table. See the image titled [login to view URL] and note the string of values pulled back from the database in the textbox at the bottom. This is how the page will look before submitting a new record and when loading an existing one. - the inside title of the 7th box/div is the word "Tags" and it's hard coded. This needs to be dynamic and will be stored at the end of the delimited string for any and all values that populate that box/div. For example, if the user makes a selection from the "Access" div and there are corresponding entries needing to be shown in the "Tags" box/div, it will do so (that works now) but the name of the box/div will need to be added to the end of the delimited string, extracted and show as the title. - there needs to be the option to show additional boxes/divs. Currently it's set up to show up to 7 but no more and this needs to be changed. Here is the VS project: [login to view URL] More detals: The order of boxes by name: Agency, Type, Role, Clearance, Investigation, Access and the final 2 where their names need to be dynamic. I suggest appending the names of these 2 boxes to the delimited strings for those boxes and pull them out and display them when the boxes are displayed. The first 6 always show after selections are made. Once a selection is made in box 6, show the "form type", "reason for request" (and populate it) and submit button. Boxes 7 and 8 are optional depending on what selectionaa was made in box 6.
