Looking for a team that can build custom interactive solutions for us

Hi guys. I need a team or developer that is creative and keen to R&D and build new concepts and ideas for us. A lot of solutions that we do needs tracking integration via infrared, leap motion, kinect or camera, etc. We are an activations company promoting new innovative solutions to clients. One concept that I have seen is the following futuristic table concept that we would like to build. This uses a projector onto kitchen table with a logitec c920 pro webcam that picks up ingredients and suggests what can be made. I want to build something similar to show as a concept for a pop up store either using camera tracking or NFC tags that get attached to ingredients and there being a nfc reader installed under the table allows the system to pick up what ingredients are placed.
