Hello dear freelancers! I have a C# application built back in 2012 which does the following: 1) Collects continuously data from web source (set of js files); 2) Updates SQL Server database with the collected data. My issue: 1) I have a source code of one of the pre-release version but not source codes latest version. 2) I have an executable of the latest working version if needed for decompiling. 3) Application that I have causes SQL Server to use enormous amount of CPU. What I need: 1) Update existing application and provide source codes in C#. 2) Update should include the following: - application must not cause enormous usage of CPU resources. - application should have an option in UI to download historical data (parsing old js files from web links) launched as needed. - application should have an option in UI to work as service. - application should have an option in UI to export collected data to xml file. - application is built on [login to view URL] so it should be updated with implementation of the newest [login to view URL] version. So, this is the project requirement. Freelancer should provide in his bid how long time will this work take and portfolio of his projects in C#, parsing and databases. Best regards
