custom source mod for counterstrike source

basically this will be a ready mod to automate a scrim session. when 10 players are ready it will give the players 2 options Captain Rounds and kdr balancing (kill to death ratio based on percentage). captains round ; players will fight with only pistols most kills get captains for team A and team B they will then knife fight to see who picks side either (c)t or (t) and or who pick first player commands needed .rr - will be used to ready up .nr - will be used .pause - requests a pause (which takes effect next freezetime) .unpause request an unpause .stats - display pop up with kill to death ratio, bomb stats( plants/defuses) .votekick initiate a vote kick .mapchangevote - initiate a map change vote .dmg print damage to teamchat .mute option to mute players .sub spectators can go onto a que of(subs) .spec players who need to sub out will be first in line of que also make commands function with (!) e.g !stats !votekick !r
