I have over15 years of experience of designing, manufacturing and prototyping different systems/devices across multiple activity fields. I could design this shaker which have an interesting feature (the spherical spring), but I'll suggest you to have a simpler model (I've thinking of this). Based on your input (drawings/sketches/models) I'll make a primal model. On this model, with your assistance, I'll make the required adjustments/modifications/changes until the desired outcome is reached.
