Content Articles 2

These articles are for creating content-rich pages for the purpose of improving search engine rankings for the entire site. I am interested in creating 10 one page articles, ranging between 500+ words per article, containing the various keyword sets and 1 press release of the same length. Up to four of the articles and the one press release will be used for distribution on article directories in order to generate backlinks to the site. These articles must be oriented toward visitor readability and educating the reader on the topic. Keyword density is secondary to readability. The content must be grammatically correct and follow the structure I specify. The keyword for the article must appear in the title, each of the subheadings, and in the body text. Do not use bold, italics, underlines, etc. Articles must be saved in Rich Text Format. Applicable copyright laws must be adhered to as articles must be publishable as completely original content. No plagiarism or "recycled work". All copyrights will be transferred to me at the time of purchase. Sources for each article must be cited and provided in the final package. Status reports consisting of the work that has been performed must be made every 3 days. Please provide a writing sample with your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Articles are to be submitted as individual Rich Text files without formatting. Just line breaks between paragraphs, no indention. One zipped file containing all the files is also acceptable. 2) Review and approve all documents to make sure they meet the project specs. 3) Complete ownership of all the documents with complete copyrights to use, edit, and publish all work purchased. 4) Applicable copyright laws must be adhered to as articles must be publishable as completely original content. 5)All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 6)All sources must be cited and provided with each article. 7) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 8) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 9) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
