A dose of soda a day apparently boosts your energy and stamina for a hard days work. Thanks to the sugar content and liquid needed to quench your thirst.
Forget feeling punished by trying to avoid your fave soda to shed calories.
You could go on and on. Obviously, the more you move the more you lose those unwanted bulges.
The first bottled soda originated in the US. Scientists also discovered that CO2 is behind the bubbles which you can also find in a natural mineral drinking water. And soon proven that even artificial flavored drinking water is healthy. Then came the making of syrup from licensed drink sellers who then introduced softdrinks such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper etc.
You would be pleased to know that you can buy the flavor you like almost anywhere and everywhere. It comes handy in bottles or cans from a supermarket, convenience stores to vending machines!
So go ahead, chill and relax. Grab and chug down your favorite drink!
Want to impress your date? Belly up to the bar and order a French 75: this is not your grand-maman's cocktail. This Prohibition-era mix of gin, champagne, simple syrup and lemon is as hard-hitting as the World War I artillery for which it's named -- yet it's still sweet enough for your feminine side. A favorite of the Lost Generation, the French 75 is cool, refreshing and certainly strong enough for the modern palate. When you're ready for a switch from your usual tipple, take a sip -- and get ready for some admiring glances from the gents.

Hi,
My favourite automatically has to be 'uji'. The drink is prepared from maize flour which has been boiled for close to thirty minutes. Uji once been boiled can have a few aditives raging from sugar or salt, whichever, is preferred to add taste. uji is highly nutritious and many people in my locality use it as a dessert and this cold or hot drink is highly recommended by doctors to sick persons. uji refreshes and adds alot of energy to my body. I take a bowl of uji every morning to stay fit and strong.
ken.
