Sales letter for an ISV vendor

I need a copywriter to produce me a marketing email, which will advertise my company custom software development services. We will mass mail it via our mailing list. The email will announce that instead of being purely ISV vendor developing and selling our own software, that now we are offering custom software development services and are looking for potential clients. I’ll provide you with additional information needed. Requirements: 1) The letter should be 1-2 page long 2) It must be in HTLM format and should display correctly in Microsoft Outlook, IE and Firefox. 3) It should contain text as well as some sort of generic graphics to make it look more professional. The graphics should be IT/software development related. 4) I’ll only provide you with the information need to create the email, you will have to come-up with the marketing text yourself. 5) The final deliverable should be a HTML file plus images used in the email
