Latex typesetting

I am using LaTex and BibTex with WinEdt. I need assistance in simple tasks such as: Grammar correction as per editors comments, I will provide detailed instructions from the editor on how to correct grammar. This project has more to do with grammar and punctuation correction than Latex. I am simply looking for a good proofreader who is very familiar with LaTex and BibTex. Please bid only if you are familier with LaTex and BibTex. Converting jpeg/gif -> eps Inserting and correction citations in BibTex, some are partial citation. Again detailed instructions will be provided.
