eBook on Privacy Issues in the USA

This is an eBook about HIPPA, which is a privacy regulation in the US, and how it affects insurance agents. This ebook will be 5-6 chapters and around 50-65 pages in total. Each page will be in Veranda type with 44 lines per page, and an average of 14 words per line. I will need 1-2 learning objectives and 2 self-check questions per chapter and a multiple choice quiz of 20 questions on information presented in the eBook as sort of a final quiz for review at the end. This ebook will cover what HIPPA is(explanation, history, why we have it), a VERY brief overview of the types of industries/companies that are affected, SPECIFICALLY detailed about how the insurance industry and the insurance agent are affected by it, specific points to remember regarding hippa for agents, when hippa applies to the insurance agent and when it doesn’t, steps to take to be in compliance, where to get more info via links. I have the list of links to include. I have attached several references and I do have more. I have a two week turnaround on this no exceptions.
