516929 Website Page Template HTML or CSS

I am in the process of putting together a new website and I made some basic designs of what I want it to look like. I've attached a rar file of 4 sample pages. I already have someone ready to build the site, but I need a template page for them to work with - html or css. I DO NOT just want it to look exactly like my examples. I want it to look more professional, a different design is fine. Some nice buttons would be nice. But the basic colors should stay the same - purple, lavender and white. You'll see that the big area on the right is where we'll be putting all our main content, so please keep the overall layout the same - navigation on the left and such. I like the main content being high on the page - not some huge header that pushes everything down. I know there are 100s of templates out there already done, but I don't have time to find one that is close to what I have here. DO NOT just post your work history. I want to see your design examples that are relevant to MY project only. Those who show me what I'm looking for before I select will get more consideration. Payment is made upon delivery of the work. To be clear, I need ONE page as the template. Thanks!
