Hi there - I'm looking for a high-caliber pro with a proven track record to take a few minutes out of their day to assess our inbox support woes and give us effective strategies for handling, categorizing and delivering top-quality customer.
We only receive a few emails per day, in a few different categories - but they've created a backlog that is going to take a bulldozer to fix. To avoid this from happening again, I want to implement an effective STRATEGY to handling support -- smart, effectives ways to systematize the process in a way that still feels human.
The goals I'm solving are here:
1) Respond to customers within 24 hours
2) Respond in a way that is customized to them, and makes them feel heard
3) Quickly categorize these emails based on type and priority
4) Your email should start with the name of the artist who wrote the hit, 'Thriller' in it - otherwise, you didn't read this and I don't want to work with you. :(
I've played around with tools such as FreshDesk, Zendesk, and others -- and they all fail simply because I haven't upgraded my mind to that of a Customer Support director. So, I'm hoping YOU will hop in and briefly play that role for me -- make some cash in the process!
