Data entry / some customer support (email only, no phone)

We are a USA based company looking for data entry / virtual assistants / customer support representatives. The successful candidates will have the following skills: - Perfect written English - Reliable and on time - Experience in B2C business - Customer Service Experience including, voice, chat and email - Computer with a high speed internet connection - Self motivated - Ability to meet deadlines - Typing skills - Strong web applications skills and ability to navigate thru several programs to find answers quickly - Strong Microsoft word, excel, and google docs skills The tasks you will be performing will be: - Clerical and data entry work as assigned - Take inbound email/chat find answers and communicate with prospective buyers - Data inputing into our website The ideal candidate will be and have: - College education - Previous experience working as a VA - Experience with Paypal, Excel, Google Docs, Gmail - Excellent newer model computer - Excellent internet connectivity We are looking for one initial candidate for immediate start. The hours will be 1-2 per day to start, going up to a full 8 hour day, from 10am to 6pm US Eastern Time, Monday-Friday with little work on the weekends. When you bid please bid your exact full rate for PER HOUR. No add-ons or additional expense beyond the fixed hourly rate will be considered or paid.
