A HIGHLY ORGANIZED Virtual Assistant with good experience in marketing and sales required for: 1. Responding to customer service calls & emails 2. Setting up meetings 3. Customer Support 4. Sales and marketing campaigns (Incl. Telesales, internet, email, etc) 5. Website product input & maintenance 6. General Administration (Excel/Word/Access/etc) 7. Personal Assistant. 8. Internet Research/Posting/Reporting/etc. 9. Data entry & processing NB. WE PREFER A FEMALE ASSISTANT. WE WILL CONDUCT A DIRECT CHAT WITH YOU BEFORE APPOINTING YOU. A BUBBLY PERSONALITY AND FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS A MUST. To be considered for the job, you must meet these absolute requirements: - YOU MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH. - Proficient English writing skills. - Should be available to work between 8am to 4pm (Mon-Fri) – GMT +2 Time zone - High attention to detail - Permanent and Fast internet connection - Great customer service skills - Knowledge of Skype - You must not be a part of an agency. - Know what is going on within the industry by web search If this sounds like you, please send through a resume including references (no generic messages please). If you want an automated service I can make you one.. it can do everything a real virtual assistant can do include analyse data and put it in excel. let me know if you think it can be done by an automated system instead of a real person
