Job Duties & Responsibilities >>
> Managing & Processing Purchase / Sales Orders from the Customers Effectively.
> The Purchase / Sales Orders should be Efficiently Documented, Reported & Efficiently Communicated to all related Department through all modes of communication such as E-mail, mobile , mail & chat Etc...any issues related to Purchase / Sales Orders has to be cleared immediately by implementing Effective Solutions
> The Purchase / Sales Orders should be Efficiently communicated to our Suppliers, Manufacturers, Distributors & Wholesalers immediately.
> The Individuals should be very strict on our shipping Policy Timings & should be constantly in touch with the Suppliers to Ship the Products to the Customers on Time as committed to the customers at the time of Product Purchase
> The Individuals Should Constantly Track Each & Every Product which are shipped from the Suppliers Till it's getting Delivered to the Customers on Time successfully.
> The Individuals should be highly responsible in Offering Excellent Customer Support Service through E-mail & Chat, any Product & Shipping Issues from the customers should be clarified & Cleared immediately by implementing Effective Solutions to the customers, Individuals should Highly concentrate more on Superior Customer Support Service because Customers satisfaction & Peace of Mind is highly important to our Company.
> The Individuals should Effectively Manage Product Returns / Refunds / Exchanges from Customers by intensively co-ordinating with our Suppliers, Manufacturers, Distributors & Wholesalers immediately in order to give our customers 100 % Satisfaction
> All the Above E-commerce work Activities should be Efficiently Documented, Reported & Efficiently Communicated to all related Department through all modes of communication such as E-mail, mobile , mail & chat Etc for our Transparent Excellent Teamwork to our Company Success
> Create/maintain daily/weekly/monthly reporting for Management on Key Performance Indicators, Identify and implement strategies to improve Sales and Profitability, Relentlessly use data to find opportunities, Test new ideas and drive sound business decisions.
Qualification :
Ideal candidate with Any High School / Diploma / Bachelor Degree (or) equivalent from Two-Year College Completion (or) Technical school (or) Six months to One year related experience (or) Training (or) equivalent combination of Education and Experience, Basic to Advanced Computer Skills, Internet Skills and Knowledge on Microsoft Office, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
