I worked as a Recruiter at PSG Global Solutions since May 2016. My daily tasks are to plan my day and study the job for me to be able to decide the requirements that we are looking for the candidates. I'll source resumes using different job boards using strings such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Ladders Zip Recruiter and Indeed. After sourcing, I will conduct paper screening then send an email to the candidate about the position. Since I am sourcing and sending emails to possible candidates I received around 100 responses daily. I will conduct Phone Screening with candidates, verifying different items such as preferences, qualifications, and availability and compensation requirements. Managing regular and direct contact with overseas candidates and clients in the United States. I also scheduled an onsite appointment for the Final Interview and Assisting on the onboarding of qualified candidates. 50% of my task focuses on admin that includes managing my email, Excel, applicant tracking systems and Google Sheets. I'm keen when it comes to details. I am a perfectionist, I want everything in order. I even check the Google sheets and make sure that it is the same format even small details always took my attention. I am a fast learner and despite the experience and knowledge I got, I'm always willing and excited to learn new things. With all my experience, I can be a good fit for the position.
