Job responsibilities: Give first level Help-desk support in Slovakian/Hungarian for E-commerce site Answering emails and phone calls Escalate problems in English for Second Line Help-desk Our Client is a developing e-commerce website dealing with home decoration equipments Agent Requirements: Native Slovakian / Hungarian and Fluent English language knowledge Solid computer skills Excellent written communication skills in Slovakian/ Hungarian/ English Excellent oral communication skills in English Precision of data entry Able to work minimum 4 hours in Slovakian time 9 am-5pm Monday-Friday CET Attend training: provided by CloudAgents and our partner Work type: Permanent work from home, freelancer partnership (90 days probation period) Work Environment Requirements: Quiet workplace (tasks are delivered from the comfort of the help-desk agent's home) USB Headset (separate microphone and loudspeakers are not good enough to manage calls) Computer or Laptop with broadband internet connection (mobile internet is not good enough to manage calls) What We Offer: Agents are hired through a fixed-term agency contract.
