Virtual Assistant for Exciting International Travel Company

I’m looking for an assistant to help me with some tasks for my company. This could be a great job for you if you are passionate about technology and travel. We hired 2 online freelancers before and they work with us for over a year now. Currently we need help finishing the project of researching data in the internet and organizing them in the spreadsheet. After that we have other tasks like writing emails and blog posts etc. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail. The company will rely on them for having accurate data that is easily accessible through a spreadsheet. Duties and Responsibilities • Office & Admin (Virtual Assistant) - Research websites for relevant information - Transfer data from websites into the spreadsheet - Write emails to company contacts - Prepare spreadsheet with company expenses - Writing blog posts and social media promotion Qualifications and Experience: - Tech savvy, comfortable with using internet for many tasks - Comfortable with online research and data entry - Excellent communication skills both written and oral for the presentation of information - Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.) - Familiar with using Google Docs - Experience in social media marketing (using Twitter, Facebook etc) - Advanced English (writing and speaking) Additional skills: - Experience in blogging and Wordpress - Knowledge about inbound marketing - Basic accounting skills - Flexible in terms of shifts/time/day - Responsible and Hardworking Requirements: - Has at least 3Mbps internet. Faster internet speed preferred. - Available starting now - Can work at least 6 hours a day (Monday - Friday) - Has internet access 24/7 - Has own laptop or PC that we can install software on
