Design, improve, and build new views for insights

Attached is a very basic Tea Category tool using an extract. The output has some very simple yet powerful metrics benchmarking Company A growth, Market Growth and Competitor Growth particularly within the Tea category. Additional metrics to add further value include Sales Val, Market Val Share, Share development and retail sales val growth. The end user will quickly need to jump between MAT and L12W with comparisons (Deltas) available to show change against ‘Previous Year’ and ‘Previous Period’ The attached has basic cross tab outputs which although useful to export, add no real value or tell any stories. We want to improve this dashboard in a more enhanced and visual way. Make some charts that are more useful and intuitive to the user.
