For a company on the health insurance we are recruiting the roles of Data Architect, Data Engineer and BI Analysts and we need to conduct a technical test for each one as well as an interview. We would need to assess the knowledge and ability of the candidates to perform their duties and carry on the vision of the company to migrate the on-prem infrastructure to the cloud. The test should be solved in 6 - 8 hours and presented for defense.
