Development KTemplates, PHP, HTM/CSS

Hello, i hope youre doing well. Im looking for a developer who have specific and strong experience with ktemplates and programmed in the past a webpage with ktemplates. Ktemplates is the framework of my social networking platform that I want to bring to an end. The aim of our cooparation will be to develop and design further a begun web app, to program some parts into the source code further, sometimes programms parts from the scratch, complete them or sometimes create own psd, use if its possible the available source code or program some code from the scratch and implement them into the new psd, on this way i want to complete the design and the source code.
