Hi, I'm a Maths teacher in the UK looking to trial outsourcing my marking to someone as a strategy to reduce the workload of staff in our department. I can scan the papers anomalously and send them to anyone in the world to mark. A spreadsheet of marks would need to be completed and then all sent back. This could become regular work. At school we carry out a class assessment roughly every week. These normally take me about an hour to mark and input the data. There are also mock exams and past paper homeworks I set for GCSE classes that would require marking. This would vary from week to week but on average it would be no more than 5 sets of papers per week. I am looking for ideally a maths teacher but it could be someone with a background in maths. The age range of my students is 11-16 and we do the Edexcel Maths GCSE. I am thinking that initially this would be a fixed price per week for up to 5 sets of papers which is what I have set the budget based on. Thanks Ben

I am PhD student in Electrical Engineering and have already worked on Mathematics paper setting in a UK based project. The employer used to send me a PDF of some old question papers and I had to make question accordingly. I worked with under 10% plagiarism and the the modified figures were made in MS Visio. Additionally, I have designed complete Algebra Courses as Freelancer.
